Wild Child Art Studio

Wild Child Art Studio is a creative space on US Highway 17 in Hampstead offering art classes, workshops, and events for children, families, and adults. For younger kids, Parent & Child Art Time (ages 2 and up) runs monthly and pairs a child and adult for a shared painting project on two canvases. Older children ages 9–13 can enroll in Artist Academy, a year-round program working through drawing, watercolors, acrylics, pottery, oils, and mixed media following the school calendar. Summer art camps serve children ages 6 and up in small groups organized by age. The studio also hosts themed parties, ladies night events, seniors art classes, and adult workshops covering resin art, mosaic lamp making, and chunky knitting. Original artwork created by the studio's artists is available for sale. The gallery is open by appointment, while class-based hours run Monday through Saturday. The studio is located beside Horizon Insurance Company on the highway.
